RSB Rig Pro have been the rope and hardware supplier to the Reichel Pugh 82, Highland Fling since her launch in 2009. Steve Branagh and Todd Cooper have been onboard as part of the racing team and are extremely happy with the performance of the Hampidjan ropes and the Dynex and Dux cores that have been used throughout the many regattas the boat has completed.

The boat has consistently performed well in the past two years and has finished the 2011 season on a high having won the Loro Piana regatta in Porto Cervo in June, the Rolex Maxi Worlds in Porto Cervo in September and the Voile du St Tropez regatta last week. The boat is now back in the STP yard in Palma and will be not be used until June 2012.

Meanwhile the new Highland Fling XII, a Reichel Pugh IRC52 will arrive into Fort Lauderdale from China in early November where she will complete sea trials before the first regatta in December. Once again RSB are supplying all the running rigging and hardware and look forward to being part of the onboard race team for the 2012 season.
