RSB Rig Pro fitted the 21 meter boom onboard the Dubois 45 meter sloop, Salperton today.

Salperton had arrived in Palma with a badly damaged boom due to an accidental gybe while delivering back across the Atlantic. On 3rd May the boom was removed by RSB and transported up to BM Composites.

They undertook the herculean task of cutting off the damaged 4 meters, manufacturing a complete new forward section, fairing and respraying it in 3 weeks. The boom went back on with no hitches allowing the boat to prepare to leave for the Loro Piana regatta in Sardinia in early June.
