He has over 20 years experience as a yacht captain and has been involved in the marine industry since leaving school. He sails with many of RSB's clients in regattas worldwide, which keeps RSB in the forefront of the ever-changing superyacht industry. Steve has built a loyal, motivated and talented team and RSB has developed an excellent reputation as a reliable and professional company. |
Peer Jorgensen - General Manager(+34) 616 098 677 Peer is an old school sailor that has learnt his trade aboard the Danish sail training vessels. He has worked in the rigging industry for over 10 years, and has been with RSB since 2007. Peer is responsible for the management of the refit projects and the coordination of the teams. He is in charge of all rod refits and oversees all necessary re-heading or refinishing of rods and associated fittings. |
Lucy David - Office/Logistics Manager(+34) 648 830 565 Lucy runs the office and administration at RSB. Lucy liaises with the clients and is responsible for the coordination between RSB and STP for cranes and hard standing space. She manages the purchasing, processing and shipping of all goods in and out as well as overseeing the invoicing of clients. |
Russ Brown - Project Manager/Rigger(+34) 689 242 095 Russ joined RSB in 2008 and rapidly integrated into the team. He comes from a sailing background and was captain of a number of large charter boats before moving ashore. He has an excellent understanding of the high standards required in the industry and works extremely hard to achieve these. Russ also sails with Open Season, the Wally 94 and is present at most of the big-boat Mediterranean regattas. Russ has completed both the Future Fibres service technician course and the OYS rod heading and servicing course. |
Andy Hartridge - Project Manager/Riggerworkshop@rsb-rigging.comAndy joined us during the relatively quiet period over the summer months. He has been involved in the rigging industry for the past 10 years and brings a wealth of knowledge to the RSB team. Andy will be dealing with our rod refit projects and will be completing a Future Fibres service technicians course enabling him to deal with rig inspections on yachts with composite cables. |
Mark Timmins - Project Manager/Rigger(+34) 617 603 717 Mark is the most recent member of the RSB team and as Project Manger is responsible for the overseeing of rig-pull and refit projects from start to finish. Mark has worked with several of the leading mast manufacturers and some of the largest sailing yachts in the world and clearly understands the level of finish required by the Captains. Mark has completed both the Future Fibres service technician course and the OYS rod heading and servicing course. |
Todd Cooper - Splicing and Running Rigging Sales Manager(+34) 690 826 276 Todd is also an old school sailor who spent 10 years aboard a number of square riggers, rounding Cape Horn an astonishing 5 times. He has a background in classic rigging and is now in charge of the RSB running rigging department. Todd has been responsible for developing the various rope cover options with Hampidjan for their Dynex and Dynex Dux cores and is never short of problem solving ideas. He manages the purchasing of all rope and hardware as well as product development and market research. |
Esteban Wasylik - RiggerEsteban joined the RSB team in 2007, having worked for 5 years in the yachting industry. He is a keen sailor and understands the importance of high quality work and the requirements of the superyacht market. He is extensively involved in all RSB's refit and retro-refit projects and has successfully completed the Future Fibres technician's training course making him one of our certified service agents. |
Helmut Barros - RiggerHelmut joined RSB in 2008. He has worked closely with all the aspects of the rigging work. He has learnt quickly and proven to be a skilled and dedicated member of the team, always striving to complete each job to the highest standard. |
Lindsay Dalton - OfficeLindsay works with Lucy in the office. She deals with office enquiries, administration and paperwork to ensure the smooth running of each project. Lindsay also deals with the shipments in/out of the workshop. She has been with RSB since 2008. |
Morgan Hanson - RiggerMorgan has been involved in the yachting industry for a number of years and has integrated well into the RSB team. Working alongside the project managers he is involved in all our refit and retrofit projects. |
Pedro Villalonga - Splicing/WorkshopPedro has an impressive racing and sailing background and is also a qualified captain. He has been involved in the yachting industry since the early 90's and has worked on a number of classic yachts during this time. He has started working with Todd in the ever-busy splicing shop and has rapidly become a valued member of the team. |
Marina Marti - OfficeMarina started with RSB in June 2011, she deals with administration, transportation and the production of the rig inspection reports. She works with Lucy and Lindsay to ensure that the office runs efficiently. |
