Hampidjan Ropes

Hampidjan Rope Company was founded in Iceland in 1934. They are the manufacturer of Dynex and Dynex Dux products and have been working with RSB to develop a new range of technical covers that can be used with their Dynex cores to suit specific tasks on boats ranging in size from Mega yachts to dinghies.

Hampidjan understand that as yacht size and performance has increased, the use of strong, heat, chafe resistant covers and cores has become increasingly more important to not only the professional racing fleets but also the performance cruising market and have worked hard to produce a product that can be tailored to a yachts requirements.

Hampidjan's Dynex and Dux products have been used on virtually every Americas cup and Volvo campaign in the last 10 years. The success of these ropes has led them to become a market leader in the production of technically advanced lines.

All cordage is fabricated in their modern well-equipped factory in Lithuania. They are an ISO certified company and have DNV and Lloyds approved load and fatigue testing facilities on site.

Gleistein Ropes

The company was founded in 1824, and the Gleistein Group today is internationally successful. The company's range of ropes includes thousands of products for the cruising boat market. The range also includes proven standard products, manufactured in compliance with current international standards and to the company's own highest standards. Both Gleisteins' production sites are certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2000.
