Southern Spars

In September 2009 we joined Southern Spars as the European agent dealing with servicing and warranty work with existing customers and new build projects.

Southern Spars originated the use of carbon rigging with their EC6+ continuous and EC6 discontinuous carbon rigging products.

Southern Spars specialise in the design and construction of carbon fibre spars and components, rigging, and rig servicing. As the industry pioneer, Southern Spars built its first carbon spar in 1990. Since then the company has pursued a passion for delivering world class cruising and racing spars, carbon rigging and service.

Future Fibres

RSB Rig Pro are the Mediterranean service and refit centre for Future Fibres composite rigging.

Having pioneered the use of PBO for yacht rigging over a decade ago, Future Fibres is now the world's leading supplier of PBO rigging to the race, cruise and superyacht markets. The company has continued its tradition of continuous development and product evolution, maintaining its competitive advantage and producing the lightest, strongest and most aerodynamic composite rigging solutions available.

Navtec

RSB Rig Pro are Mediterranean agents for Navtec rigging and hydraulics.

From multihull legends to round the cans racers, Navtec has over three decades of design experience supplying the widest range of wire, rod, Kevlar, PBO and carbon rigging to racing and cruising boats throughout the world. Navtec has delivered well over 2000 PBO sling wound cables - both continuous and discontinuous - in lengths up to 65 metres. You'll find them on most of the leading racing teams including America's Cup contenders and record breaking trimarans.

RSB Rig Pro are Mediterranean agents for OYS rigging and hydraulic sytems.

Ocean Yacht Systems (OYS) are world leaders in the design and manufacture of state of the art Rod, Kevlar® aramid fiber and PBO rigging solutions. OYS offer a wide range of custom hydraulic cylinders and panel systems, whilst it's newly launched division OYS Thrusters offers a diverse range of bow and stern thrusters, fixed and retractable thrusters and fully integrated control systems. In addition, OYS Architectural designs and manufactures bespoke architectural rigging solutions for the construction industry.

Hampidjan Ropes

RSB Rig Pro are Mediterranean agents for Hampidjan Ropes.

Hampidjan Rope Company was founded in Iceland in 1934. They are the manufacturer of Dynex and Dynex Dux products and have been working with RSB to develop a new range of technical covers that can be used with their Dynex cores to suit specific tasks on boats ranging in size from Mega yachts to dinghies.

Hampidjan's Dynex and Dux products have been used on virtually every Americas cup and Volvo campaign in the last 10 years. The success of these ropes has led them to become a market leader in the production of technically advanced lines.

All cordage is fabricated in their modern well-equipped factory in Lithuania. They are an ISO certified company and have DNV and Lloyds approved load and fatigue testing facilities on site.

BSI Rigging

RSB Rig Pro are Mediterranean agents for BSI Rigging.

BSI A/S has provided rod rigging to superyacht builders for more than a decade, and has demonstrated a commitment to growth and investment with a series of strategic acquisitions. Recognizing the potential growth in the superyacht market, BSI A/S in 2005 acquired Global BSI, a company respected throughout the industry for designing and manufacturing custom rigging systems featuring high-strength stainless steel alloys.

RSB Rig Pro are Mediterranean agents for Facnor Furling Systems.

Facnor is a worldwide leader in designing and manufacturing furling systems. The company supplies many shipyards as well as ocean sailors who participate in well known races like the Vendée Globe, The Race and the Volvo Race, all sailing genuine "Formula 1" boats. Distribution wise, Facnor has developed a global network of dealers covering 35 countries.

Established since 1992, KZ Marine is a New Zealand owned company with a global focus. Over the past 8 years KZ has been at the forefront of specialist rigging and in-boom designs, with its innovative systems and hardware being chosen for some of the world's leading superyachts by designers such as Dixon, Dubois and Judel/Vrolijk.
