The 37.5 meter modern classic Alexa was relaunched in STP yard on Thursday after an extensive winter refit. It was a long day for the RSB Rig Pro team who re-stepped the mast and fitted the boom and gaff on the following Monday.

Over the winter period RSB replaced a number of the original mast hoops with new hand made white oak pieces. All the mast hoops, runner blocks, gaff saddle and boom gallows were re-leathered by Todd Cooper who is currently building a replacement set of running rigging for the boat.

Alexa will be undertaking sea trials shortly and will be continuing her busy charter schedule here in the Mediterranean.
